Do you charge extra for long distance travel?

Based in the San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles County, we have a 50-mile round trip radius from our location to your pick up location/drop off and return to our base. If your particular location falls outside of our range, there will be an additional mileage charge that applies.

Do you charge a minimum number of hours?

Yes, our minimum rental is for a consecutive 2-hour rental.

When does the hour rate begin and end?

The clock starts at your designated arrival time. Of course, if asked to extend beyond the originally contracted times, we will honor your request if our schedule allows and charge for the additional amount of time. We bill in half-hour increments.

How far in advance should I book and how much of a deposit is required to confirm the reservation?

To insure getting your first choice from our selection of vehicles, we suggest locking up your reservation as early as possible. A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation.

Do you have cancellation fees?

Once your credit card has been charged for payment of service, you will have 72 hours from that date to cancel your reservation and receive a full refund.

When is payment in full required?

The balance of your 50% payment is due 14 days prior to your reserved date.

Is the driver’s “tip” included?

We do not add in a gratuity, as we feel that is an individual decision and up to your discretion. Any amount you decide upon is always appreciated by our drivers.
